Order will be despatched via DPD, UPS, Latvijas pasts, CDEK. If Your delivery address is in islands, delivery time may be extended. Deliveries can not be made to Post box.

Transport costs are automatically added at Checkout and added to total order amount.

Delivery time is

4- 7 days for EU and EEZ.

2 – 3 days for Lithuania, Estonia.

Delivery is subject to delays resulting from Postal delays or force majeure conditions for which we are not responsible.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

Cancellation of the order can freely be made while order is not processed. Follow steps in Your account to cancel the order. Ir order is already delivered check website part for return rights.

RETURNS

Webisite return rights information page contains our politics about returns, rights regulated by Latvian Republic. Please note that items must be unused and in original packaging. If that is the case then then please fill in returns form and send by email to info@trialsmaster.net. After getting confirmation email send returned item to “Zemdegas”-5, Ugāle, LV-3615, Latvia. Mark outside of box “RETURN”, order number, name, surname. We suggest to choose trackable transportation. Returns expenses has to be covered by BUYER.

RETURNS  OF WARRANTY ITEMS

BUYER can claim faulty items within 24 months time. To approve ar deny claim item must be sent for evaluation and making the decision. Following must be done:

• items must be clean.Dirty items can not be evaluated and will be returned to customer.
• write to info@trialsmaster.net by indicating what You want to return, order number, description of problem.
• after getting confirmation mail that goods can be returned prepare them for delivery. Packed items send to us by Post or any other carrier, add email conversation in the box.
• delivery goods to”Zemdegas”-5, Ugāle, LV-3615, Latvia.Mark outside the box “WARRANTY RETURN”, order number, name/surname.We suggest to choose trackable transportation. Returns expenses has to be covered by BUYER.

We will replace the goods or return payment for transport to our warehouse “Zemdegas”-5, Ugale, Ventspils disxtrict, LV-3615, Latvia. In latvia till 5 EUR, Baltics 10 EUR and other places in Europe 25,- EUR maximum.
